Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I completed the Great London Swim! It took me 44 mins to swim the 1 mile course in Victoria Docks, in the Thames River, but the weather was good and I had an enjoyable time, though I was so tired when I finished! It was an exhausting experience but finishing it in a good time was very satifying.
Out of 900 swimmers, I came 560th, my age group (under34!) position was 337, my gender position was 246, and considering my age and gender, I came 157th, so I was very pleased with that.
A Big thank you to everyone who sponsored me to complete this, your donation is greatly appreciated, once again, thank you!
I want to raise money for the National Bullying Helpline, the only charity in the UK to specialise in bullying issues in the workplace, in the community and in the playground. I wanted to support this cause because I feel that making a difference to people's working lives, making a positive change for the better to eradicate antisocial, bullying behaviour, is a worthy cause to support.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
