For myself and Ian our first ironman distance triathlon ........ Gary (the professional Ironman ...) Jones will be completing his third ironman distance after completing both Bolton and Tenby last year.  

Why are we doing it ...... its simple ....... we love a challenge / its a great way to raise lots of money for a fantastic charity / and we are mad !!!!  Seriously, why wouldn't you ........
