I am finally running a 10k! After a few 5km events (and very thinly disguised disappointment at not getting in to the 2010 London Marathon) I figured maybe 10km was the better way forward...

I have decided to raise money for two charities this time - so you can donate either to Marwell Wildlife, or to the Rose Road Association. Marwell Wildlife is dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and other natural resources. Income from visitors to the Zoo itself helps to contribute to its funding but it also relies on charitable donations to support its conservation work and vital breeding programmes. The Rose Road Association is a Southampton-based charity which provides services and support to children with disabilities and their families.
