Story

Sebastian was a little star - a great kid with a great attitude on life.  Please go and visit his website to find out about his life and hopes for the charity.

So, what's it all about?  Helen got a Willy Wonka style golden ticket from the gym for something called 'personal training'.  James asked Helen what she would like to achieve.  The unexpected response was 'To do the Great North Run and not die doing it'.  That was October 2009.  Now things are getting serious and seeing money flood in (or dribble, a dribble is acceptable....just lots of dribbles please......) will defo make Helen more determined and ease James' sanity (Helen does winge quite alot and he takes it all with a smile).

The aim is to raise £400 for Cancer Research and £1000 for Sebastian's Action Trust.

Seriously, Sebastian is making Helen get off her backside and do something.  Please give anything you think you can.  Not only will it provide much needed motivation but your donation will be helping a worthy charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate what you can.  We will keep you updated on progress.  Lets all go running.  Get in.

ps - As a disclaimer, James stupidly gave Helen permission to write all of this. She is sure he won't make that mistake again.  Infact, he will probably set the scary gym women on her..............arrghhhhhh
