Update: I am afraid I am no longer able to abseil of Transporter Bridge due to the abseil team being unavailable at the requested dates and times. I am really sorry about this and I hope you are not too disappointed. I am pretty sure that jumping off the library is still a death defying act, and if you are in Durham, you can easily come and watch now!
