Hi Everyone

On the 15th of November at 1pm I will be partaking in the HELL RUN! A twelve mile run across country which includes the “hills of death” a series of punishing sand dune hills, the “bog of doom” and an ice lake.................in the middle of November! Eeek!

Ill be doing this to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in the UK. dementia is a term used to describe various different brain disorders that have in common a loss of brain function that is usually progressive and eventually severe.

Unfortunately my Nana has just been diagnosed with the disease so I will be running it for her.

If you can spare a few pounds to support an amazing organisation and one which helps thousands of people across the country that would be really AMAZING!
