I am cycling 50 miles from Melton Mowbray, round Rutland Water and back (apparently it's quite hilly over there...) to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Teenage Cancer Trust exists to make sure that young people don't face cancer alone. Having cancer at a young age comes with its own particular set of challenges. The services Teenage Cancer Trust provide puts the needs of young people first and allows them to face those challenges together. It provides world-class cancer care and support in specialist units, local hospitals and in homes across the UK. But their work doesn't end when cancer treatment ends. As young people and their families adjust to whatever the future holds, Teenage Cancer Trust is there to offer advice and to bring young people together at events where they can talk through the stuff that's on their minds.
By supporting Teenage Cancer Trust you will be making a real difference to the lives of young people and their families when they need it the most.
