My story
The Bedouin Builders returned for a third time and succeeded in building 40 houses in Cambodia for 40 families who were in need of a secure and dry home - the photos have been updated. If you have access to Facebook you can see some of the photographs on the Bedouin Builders 3 link www.facebook.com/groups/248214465284986.
The Tabitha contact passed on the thanks of so many of the villagers and one little boy benefited from a pair of glasses, as one of the team spotted that he could not see very well.
The team who travelled to Phnom Penh in August were:
Christine, Mike, James, Mark F, Jacci, Sacha, Mark B, Catherine, Scott, Vivek, Reena, Kenny, Mazen, Samuel, Cedric, Manisa, Jill, Jade, Denzyl, Deni, Tala, Tanya, Chanda, Marlon, Nazia, John, Yue Xian, Nutdanai, Andy, Smit, Elvis, Jenny, Khalid, Julie, Hannah and Marcus
The additional funds raised paid for 10 Field wells to start 25 families growing vegetables and saving towards their own house, a donation of USD 5k was made to one of the school projects and the rest of the money will be added to the fund raising to build the Nokor Tep hospital for women in Cambodia.
