Thanks for visiting the IPF Abbey Dash Team's JustGiving page.

The Leeds Abbey Dash is a 10k run on Sunday 22 November.  The race is organised by Help the Aged and we have a team of keen runners from IPF who have been training hard for several months (some of us, anyway).  We are aiming to raise £1,000 for Help the Aged and we are asking you to be generous in supporting this good cause.

To add a bit of competitive edge, there is a corporate team challenge as part of this event.  This is a chance to show our athletic prowess in the local business community.  We're confident we can improve on last year's IPF team placing of 22 out of 44 (overall) - our ladies team finished a respectable 6/18, but the guys let the side down at 28/34!
