Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

A group of 20 people will be trekking to Everest Base Camp on 21st October 2011 to raise much needed money for Metropolitan Sanctuary in Kenya and NI Children’s Hospice. The trip is paid for by each team member ensuring that all donations go directly to the charities. We aim to raise over £50,000 for these two great charities so any donations would be gratefully received. Base camp altitude is 5,364m taking approximately 8 days to get there from Lukla Airport (one of the most dangerous in the world). have a look at the websites below for more information on the charities.
