Story

Hello, I'm Ian and I am dad to the beautiful girl you can see in the pictures. Her name is Sophie, she is nearly 4 years old and she was born with Cystic Fibrosis.

Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases. It affects over 8,500 young children and adults, clogging vital organs with thick sticky mucus.

There is presently no cure.

The defective gene that causes Cystic Fibrosis has been identified and the research and development into finding a cure is at the point of the first ever multi-dose clinical trials.

With your generosity, all money raised will be contributed towards this exciting and hopefully, lifesaving work. Ultimately we would love to see a cure for this awful disease for our beautiful daughter.

Lets make CF stand for CURE FOUND.

On June the 12th 2011, I will be doing a tandem Skydive and hope to raise as much money as possible for the CF Trust, so they can continue to find a cure for Sophie and the many people affected with CF.

Please donate any amount you can, every little bit really will help to make a difference.
