In a moment of madness I decided to sign up for the 2009 Great South Run. In my time training I've been hit with suspected swine flu and knackered my shoulder and my knee, but I signed up for this race so I going to do it!
I'm doing this for Macmillan Cancer Support who are a most worthwhile cause. I've personally understand the importance of their services and want to raise them as much money as possible.
