Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.

Story

We have set up this site to remember a dear friend and colleague.  When he was diagnosed with a serious illness - an occular tumour - which he fought successfully, he was able to return to work a few months later with the fantastic aids and applications available from the RNIB.  In some recognition of this, Dave's family elected this as their chosen charity for any monetary donations to remember him.

Dave will be remembered fondly for his ‘gentlemanly’ qualities, a fantastic sense of humour and his professionalism at all times.  Even in the face of such adversity Dave kept a smile on his face and his positive attitude was an inspiration to us all.
