Story
After running the New York Marathon last year I needed another challenge so will be taking part in Ironman Cozumel on the 28th November 2010. All going to plan I intend on completing this in under 11 hrs - so watch this space!! The past 10 months have been filled with 13 – 18 hr training weeks and I am feeling super fit, well compared to the lazy bones I was before!
I am raising money for the Gumboots Foundation – a charity that assists communities which struggle each day for a better future. They have some wonderful projects in South Africa and would greatly appreciate any donation LARGE or small.
Projects supported by The Gumboots Foundation:-
