On 6 September 2009 I’m running in the Adidas Women’s 5k Challenge in Hyde Park, London

I’ve never done this run before.  I want to run for fun and for a cause.  I hope to raise £1,000 for the L’Arche community in Lambeth where I am an Assistant.
