In February 2010 I'm going to trek 100 km across the Sahara desert - and without a bucket or spade in sight...!
I need to raise the funds! Scottish Epilepsy Initiative help improve the lives of over 40,000 people suffering from epilepsy in Scotland, and as someone close to me has recently been diagnosed with the condition, I want to help out and show my support.
I also hope to have a fantastic adventure and will be digging out my Dad's old kit bag and taking it back to the Sahara!
I'm more used to building sandcastles on the beach with my two boys...so am slightly nervous but very excited. With your support in whatever way you can manage - I'll get there! I'm wearing my boots in already and have lots of fundraising plans afoot so I'll keep everyone informed.
