Dear All,

  I know I said I wouldn't do another abseil - Angi you may remember my comment when I did my last one when I abseiled down the building in the city:  "never again!!"

How quickly one forgets and has more moments of madness - long may they continue!

YES - I am doing an another abseil on February 19th again at Northwick Park Hospital on behalf of St. Luke's Hospice.

I was not going to ask people for money but some foolish people have said they would like to sponsor me.  I won't be offended but if you would like to sponsor me yet again for throwing myself off a building, I (well St . LUke's) would be very grateful.
