My new year's resolution for 2017 was to get more active and to cycle more and particular ride 100 miles in one day. So to give me a target I signed up to the CARTEN100, simple challenge, Cardiff to Tenby "100 miles, on a bike, in a day". Not a race, not a sportive, just a ride to Tenby from Cardiff. Along the way I'm raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
