This charity provides the support and management for the Cornwall Air Ambulance, which was the first dedicated air ambulance service in the UK. The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust exists to help releive sickness and pain, with the provision of an air ambulance for the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and visitors to the county.

As many of you know I am a bit crazy and to raise money I am going to have my head shaved...probably to a No.1 level, on September 5th at Grampound Road Cricket Club. If you are willing and able to give via this web page please do so as it will raise gift aid money which will also go to the charity.

Last September the Cornwall Air Ambulance was called to take Harriet, my daughter, to hospital after she got caught in a rip tide...she made a full and speedy recovery and we were grateful for the efforts of all involved in her rescue. The Air Ambulance crew are a wonderful group and since the event, we have met with them on a variety of occasions when they have always let us see the helicopter and chat. We as a family hope to see the helicopter flying for a long time to come, but only through donations will this continue to be the case...
