This time last year I decided to challenge myself and decided to start off with this cycle ride, anyone who knows me personally knows about my double achillies injuries.

To get back onto a bike after 20 years on top of injuries is a big thing for me and 12 months later I have just a few weeks left to go.  Training  is going well and I'm very excited to support this cause so please dig deep guys and help me out.
