I am cycling 300 miles in 3 days to raise money for the Vintners' Foundation (and associated Charities)  and The Lord Mayor's Appeal (including Scope and Mencap) All worthy causes for which I would be grateful for any donation. We depart from the Vintners' Hall in London on Sunday 28th June and will arrive in Newquay in Cornwall on Tuesday the 30th. That's the plan!
