My story

On 16 May 2011 I reached the summit of Mount Everest.  Nearly a year previous to that I had rowed single handed across the Atlantic Ocean.  Three years prior to that I was recovering from a serious motorcycle accident that left me with broken legs, a severely broken and dislocated ankle and the prognosis that I was likely to suffer a permanent walking impairment. I was lucky enough to make an almost complete recovery.

My time on Everest and row across the Atlantic was a fantastic experience and I knew quickly that this would not be the last time I enjoyed these environments.  I have always wanted to cycle around the world and with that in mind a new project was born!

Row the Atlantic, climb Everest and cycle around the world, completing all three events in under one year! An ultimate global triathlon.

I will also be supporting a wonderful charity, the ELIFAR foundation.
