On May the 9th, 2010 I'm going to run the Bristol 10k to raise funds for ADD (no, really..)
 
It's going to be hard work as I'm pretty unfit at the moment, so to make it worth the effort I want you all to tell your friends, your friend's friends and your friend's friend's friends to dig deep and sponsor me! Please!!
