Hey all,

I'm running 13 miles for a great charity, the thoughts & smiles of ill children benefitting from me looking like I've gone ten rounds with tyson will of course keep me going much more than the lucozade sport, energy bars or the thought of the sofa in front of the footy. So, please help me to help them if you can!
