Hi we are at it again me the old man and a few otheres are doing a bike ride for SNAP Cymru they supports families and young people with additional needs in education. In September we will be cycling the long 200 mile journey from chepstow to st davids and for all of you that know how unfit I am will see its going to be a real battle but I will make it. So any support/donation would be greatly appreciated.
