15 years ago Martin, Philippe and I completed the 100 km Maclehose trail in 18 hour and 25 minutes - Martin has now done the Maclehose 16 times. This time he is threatening that it is his last but will definitely be his fastest !!!  Our plan is to beat 18 hours and father time.

Training together has proved somewhat elusive with Martin and I having recently started new jobs however we are hopeful that with old age comes stamina !!  The start is 2 weeks later this year so hopefully the weather will also help us do a quick time.

Trailwalker is a HK institution - 15 years ago 200 teams took part now 800 teams take part each year and raise millions of dollars for Oxfam projects throughout the region. It really is a great cause and worth supporting.

The Woodrows are now happily settled in Hong Kong and looking forward to your visit - there are lots of great walks all over Hong Kong and the Maclehose has some great scenery on it.
