Story

Hey guys,

With the current situation and strain on the NHS I'd like to give back a little. Sadly My Nan, Barbara Veale, passed away 6 months ago in the Critical Care Unit at Poole hospital. I've been wanting to do an event or something in memory for her. They did such a great job looking out for her and keeping the family informed and comfortable at the time in the ward.

Elliot Longly and I are riding 100 miles in a day and I'm going to do the 19 mile run in the same day.

I'm sure they are doing the same or as well as they can with the patients and families going through tough times now.

I know there is a lot of fundraisers going on at the moment and there is alot of worry about money at the time. This is more of a page of if anybody wants to donate to the ward, not asking them to!

This part done below.

'll post updates at the end of each week showing the miles I've covered. 100 miles of cycling and 19 of running per week for 3 weeks. I'm still working 42 hour weeks, so itll be tougher than it sounds I hope.

Hope you all stay safe and keep well.
