I am tripling my efforts this year to raise money for Willen Hospice which is a charity Kay and I support.  We believe the work they do in providing palliative care for so many patients is outstanding bearing in mind that only 25% of the costs are met by the NHS. 

This year (as part of my training for the Three Peaks Yacht Race!!) I  took part in the London Marathon on behalf of Willen Hospice which I completed in four hours, one minute.   

I am also once again taking part in the Three Peaks Yacht challenge - in the hope of getting a medal - last year we did all the hard work running up the three highest peaks in the UK but had to motor up to Scotland due to lack of time available - this year we are all hopefully that much fitter and maybe the wind will be with us!!

 Kay and I are also joining a few friends in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge - walking Yorkshire's three highest Peaks (24 miles) in 12 hours - should be a "walk in the park" for Jason but quite a challenge for Kay!!!
