Taking part in Veganuary is my step towards becoming Vegan fulltime and a great way to motivate myself whilst also holding myself accountable. I love animals and hate to know I'm helping to cause them to suffer when I can take myself out of that equation. It'll be hard (because cheese, chocolate, Cafe Rouge pate..UGH its hard already!)
