Unfortunately, it's rare to find someone whose life hasn't been affected by cancer nowadays. 

Myself and some brilliant friends and colleagues are taking part in Cancer Research's 5K Pretty Muddy Challenge in order to raise money to fight this devastating disease, and to have fun whilst doing it!
