We are walking the 10 km Just Walk on the 11th May 2013 across the South Downs to raise money and awareness for the charity SHINE - Spina Bifida-Hdrocephalus-Information-Networking-Equality.

Today, Shine is a community of 75,000 individuals, families, friends and professionals, sharing achivements, challenges and information on living with hydrocephalus, or spina bifida, and related issues.

Shine provides specialist support  from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional health and social care staff. Through information, events, networking and campaigning we enable people to get the best out of life.

Together we can change, together we can shine.
