SPONSORED SLEEPOUT 2009
I will be taking part in this year's Sponsored Sleepout, which is held in the grounds of Abbey, on the 4th December 2009. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness into the issues of homelessness and what it is like to sleep rough, as well as to raise much needed funds for DENS - Action Against Homelessness.
The event runs from 9pm on the 4th December to 7am on the 5th December, so it is likely to be a very COLD and very LONG winter's night!
Any donations you are able to make would be very much appreciated and will go towards a hugely worthwhile cause, helping homeless people in and around the Dacorum area.
