Women's Therapy Centre

The Women's Therapy Centre aims to provide psychotherapy to women who traditionally have not had access to therapy, including women on low incomes, women from black and minority ethnic communities and refugees and asylum seekers. It has expertise in working complex including childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and eating problems.

My story

I am hoping to run or jog 5k in order to help raise money for the Women's Therapy Centre (WTC), which is a charity that I have been a Treasurer and Trustee of since 2001. WTC offers psychotherapy to women who would not otherwise be able to afford it, and this is a great opportunity to raise money to support the charity as it is harder to raise money in the current economic climate.

I really appreciate your support as do the WTC.
