Firstly thank you for visiting our Just Giving page in memory of Bernie.

Sadly on the 22nd February 2011 Bernie lost his life due to liver disease, we have set up this page in order to raise money for Alcohol Concern as we realised through Bernie's illness that there is not enough help and support for people with alcohol addiction. 

Flowers and memorabilia will fade and die, your donations to this page could make a massive difference to the future of others who will also encounter the same difficulties that Bernie and his family have encountered through his addiction, that way Bernie's memory will live on !!
