22.01.12: - We have fantastically reached our old total of £400 and now want to try to reach £1000.00 before we go on the trip. Everyone has been very generous and this will make such a difference.
In February I will be going to India to live with the Children from Sinai Ministries Orphanage and the School for 2 weeks. The money raised will go straight to Sinai Ministries, which will help fund the children's education and daily running of the Orphanage. The Children of this Orphanage and School rely on donations from you in the hope that they may have a normal life, and a better future. Please help with a donation, which will make a direct difference to people who really need it.
The company who I work for, Greenland's Farm Village in Carnforth, Lancashire have thrown down 2 challenges of which will allow me to raise funds for this charity. The first is to come to work in the cafe and kids play area (PlayBarn), the week before Christmas in fancy dress and in a different costume each day. The second is to become closer to one of our residents of the farm, the corn snake, and undertake a number of tasks with the snake! I hate snakes but am willing to try anything for a good cause.
