Last winter myself and some friends were looking for a challenge to give us a fitness goal in 2013 before we all get to decrepid to move. We found the British Heart Foundation's London to Paris off road ride and thought that fitted the bill perfectly. I am really excited at being able to raise money for the work of the BHF as I have lost several close family and friends to heart disease. It is also a condition that can leave its victim suddely debilitated and so have a devastating affect on their lives. The BHF are by their research helping to beat the disease and give us all the opportunity to live long healthy lives. I suggest you look at their website  for more details.
