This is my third year raising money for Alder Hey. In 2010 we did well by raising £2000+ in 2011 cycling across the Alpes failed to motivate you, we failed to break the £500 barrier. This year I hope to return to the £2000+ figure by completing my first IRONMAN

2.5 mile openwater swim, 112 mile bike ride all finished of with a Marathon

I have 17 hours to complete this and achieve the IRONMAN status
