Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just added Leg Waxing and Sports Massage on Leeds City station to the challenge. It was painful, embarassing but worth it if it keeps the donations coming in.

Less than two weeks to the start. The training hasn't gone to plan due to injury. But still up for the challenge. Will just have to run myself fit

This will be my most challenging year ever, 3 events in 3 continents! My goal is to raise  £4000 for Brathay, a charity I'm very proud to support.

First up, is the Marathon Des Sables. I will be running approx 150 miles, over 7 days in the scorching heat of the Sahara Desert.

First challenge complete. Got back from the desert with trashed feet having struggled through 56 degree heat a sandstorm and156 miles. Fantastic feel so good you wouldn't believe it.

Second challenge complete, the Canadian Ironman. 140.6 miles of swiming, cycling and running in the Rockies. Only 37 degrees, finished in 15hours 46 mins, a PB for me.

Last up, Brathay 10 in 10. I'm going to tackle the 10 in 10 one last time, 262 miles around the beautiful lake Windermere.

Still struggling with a hip flexor injury, but that only adds to the challenge.

The challenges I'll be facing aren't as hard as the challenges many children, and young adults have to face every day! Please visit Brathays website to see the fantastic work they do. - http://www.brathay.org.uk/

People have been so kind, and have pledged £2571.58..And my company Northern Rail have given £200 Thanks for all the support
