If you're wondering what on earth I'm doing then let me tell you...
After much thought I decided to move to Kenya and work with the fantastic mission IcFEM. It's a Christian mission that does real life changing work with some of the the poorest and most needy people.
It's such an honour to be working with this mission and I really believe in the great work that it does every single day.
My role is running the Gap programme so that others can experience and get involved with this valuable work, and in return have a life changing experience themselves. It's really rewarding so see people step outside their comfort zone, stretching themselves in the process whilst making a huge impact on the lives of the needy around them ....and I get to see this happen everyday!!

For those of you who would like to know my daily costs, aside from my airfare, it costs me roughly £5 per day to live and work.
I will be finding my feet with this work and the culture as I go, but I am so thankful to God for Giving me the opportunity to do this work and so thankful to the many who have supported me along the way.
