<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>After applying for the London Marathon and being unsuccessful I thought that&nbsp;tick on my 'bucket list' would have to wait for another year.&nbsp; However, I became succesful in gaining one of the three places given to Aldridge Running Club.&nbsp; So there is no escape, the training has begun and I am currently the top purchaser in Voltarol muscle gel.</p> <p>I lost my dear Dad 12 years ago to cancer at the age of 60.&nbsp; It became evident to us that there was a lack of local support for cancer patients.&nbsp; Since then I have completed a few runs and raised funds but, my dear Mom works tirelessly to raise money for Walsall Hospice which I am glad to say is now open to patients.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
