I am doing (attempting) a 5km run in aid of the Cardiomyopathy Association.  A close friends husband died of a form of this disease.  In addition to being the unfittest person ever I also have the dubious pleasure of having to bring two children (due to Ian being away), so me plus one other have the added hinderance of pushing a buggy!!!!
