On the 10.09.2016 Myself and a number of equally unfit colleagues will be violently thrashing around a mud laden assault course in Cheshire. I'm 28, out of shape and over weight. It's likely to be a flab-tastic day. Please spend heavily as half of your donations will be spend on a defibrillator which I'm having installed at the finish line.
