Hi Guys!

Basically, myself, Nic Davies, Chris Windsor (with a couple of maybe's) have decided to do a bike ride for charity. We'll be cycling from the London Eye to Brighton, which in total is 55 miles according to AA route planner!

The date at the moment is the 15th March, so it'll be a decent mix between cold and getting warm. Obviously it's not just a bike ride, we will be in womens underwear with lovely grapefruits or some such fruit in our bras! And this is my first time on a bike in years so this could be interesting. I'm not even sure if i own a bike.

Obviously we're doing this for charity and the one I've chosen is the Children With Aids Charity (CWAC). This is an amazing charity that's raising money to try and help children live with AIDs. They give financial support to people who are living in almost poverty, or poverty to help them live a normal life rather than have a life filled with the negatives of AIDs through various projects. Even if you're not supporting us particularly, please just give all you can to this cause, it's honestly brilliant.
