Please support me in the British Asics 10K London Run which I am taking part in on Sunday 10 July to raise invaluable funds for Nightingale. Nightingale is a very special independent care home for older Jewish people based near Wandsworth Common in South London. The home provides care for 200 frail and elderly residents in a warm and loving environment regardless of any deterioration which may occur in their physical or mental health. It guarantees a "home for life". All the money I raise in this challenge will go to Nightingale, so please sponsor me and help this worthwhile cause!
