Most of you know that I am a regular cyclist, but this 300km over three days is the biggest challenge I have ever taken on with a bike.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I lost my father a few years back and the recent anniversary of his passing made me want to mark the occasion. I am raising funds for the hospice that were so kind to him and so much of a support to our family during such a difficult time.  I hope you are able to support the great work that they do - it frankly makes the cycling look easy.
