We provide a helpline, and webchat service to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

I was inspired by my good friend Tom "Tallulah Bankhead" Simmonds who is racing the Stockholm Marathon for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). CALM promotes and delivers a free, confidential, anonymous helpline and website targeted at all young men, though we will take calls from anyone who needs some advice or support, regardless of age, gender or geographic location.  Depression, suicide and even admitting you are struggling is still sadly a taboo subject for many and CALM does a fantastic job in tackling these false myths. CALM receive no government funding and requires substantial financial support to carry out it's worth. My plan is to cycle 30km in my own time and donate my salary for the day to CALM. Thanks for reading and it would be great if you would support me.
