I will be taking part in the Bristol Biggest Bike Ride 2013, riding a distance of 38 miles in memory of my Nan who lived out her last years with Alzheimer's. A disease that took away her 70 years worth of memory's and experiences. I'm trying to raise money to help Alzheimer's UK Research though my Just Giving page http://www.justgiving.com/John-Penny1 . Anything that you can spare could go to help half a million people in the UK who have Alzheimer’s.
