Story

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. The Salvation Army in the UK has a fundraising drive every September to support its community and social work. Earlier this year I decided to take up running again (I used to run many years ago), to get fit and to train for this 10K.

My main training involves running a 5K every Saturday morning in Albert Park, Middlesbrough. Details of parkrun here.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your interest, encouragement and support. Best wishes, John.
