In September this year I will taking part in a charitable bike ride with a team from Carters and Advance Lighting.  This will be my first long-distance sponsored event which will take us from Lyon to Monaco, crossing the Alps via some of the legendary climbs of the Tour-de-France.  A total of 480km (300 miles) in just 4 days.

Not only is this a huge personal challenge, but also an opportunity to raise money for Aquabox, a charity established to provide water purification filters and associated humanitarian aid to disaster zones and areas of human suffering throughout the world.

By donating generously you will be helping me to achieve a challenging personal target I have been working towards for several months and raise much needed funds for a worthy cause.
