Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and a massive thank you to those who have already made a donation.

I had a great little stroll in Richmond Park today and as well as spotting some roe and red deer and green woodpeckers, the sun shone and 250 other sufferers and carers came along too.

It is not too late to make a donation... and that may include those who were waiting to see me flake out after two miles...some chance!
